ITC 2025 takes place from Tuesday 17th - Friday 20th June 2025.

Recommended Arrival: Monday 16th June (The event starts at 10:30 on Tuesday)

Recommended Departure: Saturday 21st June (The event ends on Friday at 23:30)

ITC 2025 will take place in Malta, mainly at the Hilton in St Julian’s, but some evening events will be held at alternative venues across the island, for which transport will be provided.

ITC Malta brings together over 800 delegates for four days of networking, creating opportunities for meaningful connections and develop future business partnerships.

The ticket includes

  • Networking activities on all four days, as well as food and drinks at lunch and dinner on all four days.
  • You receive access to the online delegates directory in advance of the event starting, and a printed copy at the event.
  • Delegates are also added to a dedicated WhatsApp group for easy communication before and during the event.
  • Flights and accommodation are not included in the ticket price.

The flights are not included in the ticket price. Each delegate must book their own flight separately.

The ticket price does not include the hotel, however we do recommend a hotel that offers a discounted rate.

We are associated with the Hilton in Malta and recommend delegates stay there. The Hilton offers a special rate to all delegates attending ITC Malta.

We recommend staying at the Hilton in Malta, for ITC. However you are welcome to stay in another hotel. There are are number of hotels in the area:

We do not have an App for ITC, but a web based delegates directory which you can view from 12th May to be able to start booking meetings with companies who are attending. We do also have a dedicated WhatsApp social group for ITC which will open on 3rd June.

Our main method of communication during the event is WhatsApp, so please download the App if you don’t already use it.

A map is given out at registration of ITC.

The WhatsApp group for delegates opens on Tuesday 3rd June. All registered delegates will be added to this group.

The WhatsApp group is for registered delegates.

If you are a registered delegate you will be added before the group opens, approximately 2 weeks before the event.

  • Log into the directory
  • Click on People
  • Search for your name in the search bar
  • Click on the orange down arrow at the bottom of your photo
  • A pop up box with your customised avatar will appear
  • Press and hold your picture
  • Save the WhatsApp avatar to your photos
  • Upload to your WhatsApp avatar in the normal way. Click this link to see a short video clip.

ITC is all about making meaningful connections.

The dress code for each day is:

Tuesday daytime: Casual beach wear

Tuesday evening: Relaxed evening wear

Wednesday daytime: Casual business wear

Wednesday evening: Smart

Thursday daytime: Casual business wear

Thursday evening: Smart / Dress to Impress (cocktail dresses and suits). Expect an evening with Italian flair – and don’t forget a jumper or coat, as it may get chilly later in the evening.

Friday: Daytime casual business wear

Friday: Evening relaxed evening wear

Yes, absolutely. Various sizes of printed and digital adverts are available.

T-Shirts are supplied at registration as long as you have provided your size before the deadline Thursday 15th May at 23:59.

Each stand includes 1 extension lead with 3 UK plugs. Exhibitors will be required to bring their own adapter.

You need to create a meeting link using any Calendar application, such as Calendly or Outlook. Most delegates tend to use Calendly.

  1. Create an account with your chosen application
  2. Set up your meeting slots for the correct dates and times
  3. Copy the Meeting Link
  4. Paste it into the relevant field on your on your delegate profile on the ITC directory. Here is a video explaining how to do it.

No, delegates need to book meetings between themselves. Please follow the instructions in "How do we book a meeting?" above

If you are attending ITC 2025, and you have paid your proforma, you should have been sent a WhatsApp message with the link and your PIN code to log into the directory.

Access is monitored so please do not share the PIN code.
